My Favorite 2022 Makeup Purchases
2022 was a big makeup year and I definitely purchased a decent amount of new products. I have narrowed down my top 5 favorite makeup purchases from last year down below!
I am sure we have all seen or heard of this product! It seemed to dominate makeup in 2022, and for good reason. I use this product under makeup, and I think it makes my makeup look so good and glowy. I can definitely tell a difference in my makeup when I am wearing it, versus when I am not. Not only can it be worn under makeup, but it can also be worn alone. It is definitely a versatile product, which makes it worth every penny!!
This was another product that seemed so popular this year! This concealer is truly a great product. The formula is very creamy and blends super easily under my under eyes. I find that this concealer does not crease like some others I have tried! Kosas is also a clean makeup brand which I love.
Even though there are so many mascaras out there, finding a great one can be difficult. I always try to find a mascara that doesn’t clump or flake, and also give my lashes the lengthening effect. I am so glad I found the Ilia one in 2022; it makes my lashes look better than any mascara I have tried. Another bonus, it is clean & fragrance free!
This was another game changing product for me! I tend to find lip products too sticky, this one is not sticky at all which I love. It gives my lips the best color while also hydrating at the same time, making it perfect for daily wear. I have these in several colors; they are all beautiful! My most used shade is “Rose”.
This is easily one of my favorite foundations. I typically look for more dewy foundations rather than matte; this one is exactly that. It is medium coverage, but buildable. Using this along with the Hollywood Flawless Filter makes my skin look so glowy, which is great for special occasions! This foundation also has Hyaluronic Acid in the formula, which makes it super hydrating as well!
